ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with Mia's Closet, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes.

  • You agree to follow the return procedure described below.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy, together with order confirmations, tracking information, and communication records, may be used as supporting documentation.


RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Only reasonable inspection and handling of the item is permitted.

  • Return shipping costs and any related handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.

Mia's Closet reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of damage, improper use, excessive wear, or alterations not caused by us.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@mias-closet.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for confirmation and detailed return instructions before sending your item back.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@mias-closet.com.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video clearly showing the defect

After review and verification:

  • We may offer a replacement, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

  • In some situations, returning the defective item may not be required.

Approved replacements are generally processed within 7–14 business days.


LOST, REFUSED, OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If your package is marked as lost in transit:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking details.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • If the loss is officially confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If a parcel is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Not collected from the carrier

  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

A $35 CAD administrative and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

However, please note:

  • Orders are processed automatically. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery following our standard return process.

To request cancellation before shipment, please email info@mias-closet.com immediately with a clear cancellation request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first. Our team is committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to submit the following documentation to your financial institution:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping and tracking confirmation

  • Communication records

  • Any submitted photos or supporting evidence

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may impact eligibility for future purchases.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our designated central warehouse.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Mia's Closet.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

  • Items considered hygiene-sensitive must be returned in clean, unused condition. Returns that do not meet sanitary standards will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping and handling fees apply; returns are not free of charge.
